Veg-Out is set to take place on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at The Rotary Garden in Greenfield Lake Park
We envision it to be an opportunity for all community members to discover options for a healthy lifestyle, vegan & vegetarian food, nutrition, and the environment all in one place.
This is a rain or shine event. The event may be rescheduled in the event of extreme weather that may pose a danger to vendors or patrons. (Extreme weather date is October 13, 2024).
ACCEPTABLE ENTRIES:  Any business that promotes Organic, holistic, vegan, vegetarian, green, cruelty-free products or information; local & regional health care practitioners; healthy living and lifestyle practitioners; select arts & crafts; food vendors; food trucks; speakers and/or demonstrators.
BOOTHS:  10’ x 10’ - Vendors are responsible for their own tents, weights, displays, tables, chairs, etc.

Please follow all instructions completely. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
Upon being accepted to the VEG-OUT event, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a separate invoice from Square for the vendor fee.

    HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE AND INSURANCE:
    Each Participant/Vendor agrees to protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the overall event and its officers, directors, agents, or any person, organization or company associated with the event against loss, damages, or expense by reason of suits, claims, demands, judgments and causes of action caused by Participant or the Participant's agents, arising out of or in consequence of the performance of this contract. Festival Management can give indications of attendance at previous events but cannot and does not guarantee attendance or profit levels at the event site. Any loss sustained is to be borne by the Participant. No insurance is provided by Cool Wilmington to participants at VEG-OUT. ALL of the food, drinks, products, and general merchandise being sold within the premises of the event are vegetarian or vegan. By submitting this application, you are agreeing to certify that ALL of your products being sold at this event is complicit with a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle. The Participant herein acknowledges receipt and reading of all the Terms and Conditions of this contract. Participant agrees to allow Cool Wilmington  the use of their submissions for marketing purposes. I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ALL CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT.

    • If you are sending photos or documents it may take several minutes for them to upload depending on your internet connection. Please be patient.
    • A confirmation message will appear after your application has been uploaded.

    • You will receive an email within five business days after your application is received.
    • If you have been selected to participate as a speaker or demonstrator you will be refunded 50% of one booth fee after the event date and once you have given your presentation.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Is there space behind my booth for storage?
Vendors must make sure all merchandise, displays, and containers remain in the footprint of their booth.
